PsaltyDS
hi, how can I write log files with AutoIt ? I simply need a .txt in wich I can add new lines like: logadd(filename, $newlinestring) thx I prefer this: _FileWriteLog($LogFile, "This is my log text") Because it puts the date/time stamp in for you. It does require #include <file.au3> at the top of your script, though. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... inov8iv
Haha...a mere 1 minute gap. You answered before I asked. Amazing. I have used this in the past and it does work, its the long way, but you can put it in whatever format you like! FileWriteLine($File0, "LogError Date: [ " & @MON & "-" & @WDAY & "-" & @YEAR & " ]") Good Luck! Edited August 29, 2007 by inov8iv
