Fileopendialog()

been searching around for awhile and i cant seem to find a way to have Fileopendialog() stop reappearing if a user cancels or closes it.

Is it possible? if it has a cancel button it should work...

That's a problem with the loop that calls the FileOpenDialog() function, not the function itself. Post the code for that loop if you still need more help.

That would be appropriate if it was your own GUI being closed. But FileOpenDialog() creates its own dialog window. In addition, $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE would only trigger if the operator clicked the "X", not if they clicked on the CANCEL button.

forgot code

Chenge the $Browse1 = FileOpenDialog to some other variable, it's checked in Switch ...Case..., so after you close the FileOpenDialog() it always will back to this case...
