Well, if you just want to make a new .txt file on your desktop, you could do it like this:

$file = FileOpen(@DesktopDir & "\AnyFileNameHere.txt", 1)
FileWrite($file, "Line1" & @CRLF)
FileWrite($file, "line2")
FileClose($file)

That will make a text document, and put whatever text you want into it. The text document can already exist, and if it doesn't, it will simply be created for you.

Please read the help file. Particularly the second parameter of FileOpen() which specifies the file encoding type.

$h_File = FileOpen(@DesktopDir & "\AFile.txt",128 + 1);open file for encoding as UTF8
FileWrite($h_File,"汉语/漢語"&@CRLF)
FileClose($h_File)

Make sure you save the script as UTF8 and not ANSI.
