i was wondering if theres a possible way for autoit to detect a EXE that is running and if it is hide it. like make it run but hide from taskbar and make it so i can only see it in Processes in task manager. if so please someone post ive been looking for 3 days now!

PS: the thing im trying to hide isnt autoit, im trying to make a script to hide it by using autoit!!!

3 days huh? Task Manager has a few tabs including "Applications" and "Processes", right? Some .exe's when they run show up under both tabs, but all running stuff shows up under "Processes". Seems to me you're wanting to do something like if exe (file, application, process) exist then hide exe... right? You've actually searched the Help file for keyword "exists" and found nothing??

Try searching Help again and see if you don't find your answer among things like FileExist(), WinExist() and some other stuff :).
