Input box popup msg?

Hi, is it posible to make a msg popup from an input box like the one from the tray icon with TrayTip() command?

thank you but that's not what I'm looking for, I need a popup msg, like a balloon, and not a tip that will reveal itself after I move mouse over the item.

smth like a balloon that popups with TrayTip() command, not TraySetToolTip() (which is similar to GUICtrlSetTip()).

something like this:

but the problem is that I don't wanna move mouse over the item, I want it to popup after a certain command.
