Draygoes
How do you make one? Dont worrie, not makein a virus but it would be cool with my scripts on cd... Would make them more profesional. Stretch
Its just a plain text file, called autorun.inf that has to be on the root of the device. It has to have the layout of an ini file. [autorun] open=setup.exe icon=icon.ico
MadBoy
Thank you for the compliment.Yeah, it can't delete an 'autorun.inf' on a CD, it is write protected isn't it?The 'autorun.inf' files it can delete are those found in USB drives as well as FIXED drives.Well unless you do special modifications to system autorun.inf doesn't autostart on USB drives (the flash drives). You can only properly make autorun.inf so then window shows up asking if you want to browse, start program, view slideshow, etc etc. Standard option. The most risk comes from CD which you can't delete. And what about Autorun.inf that are sometimes useful for others. Lets say I have usb pen that i give you with autorun.inf on it and you simply delete it In Windows there's an option to just simply block running of autorun.inf (look for it in registry). So there's no autorun for any device and then you don't have to delete autorun.inf from any drives. Works even for CD's My little company: Evotec (PL version: Evotec)
Fossil Rock
I remember DOS (cmd.exe) being good for something like this..... but it would probably be waaaay to difficult to code properly. C:\Del /s autorun.inf Agreement is not necessary - thinking for one's self is!
Richard Robertson
I really don't understand the image and sound. What do they have to do with security? What if your sound file is infected with something?
