huldu
I installed autoit a few days ago along with scite. Knowing that at times autoit scripts will be recognized as a virus etc so thats fine. However today, kaspersky warned me of this threat: Trojan.Win32.Agent.bpv in the file \AutoIt3\SciTE\Defs\UpdateDefs.exe. Instantly i checked the directory, because last i recall that file was actually made in autoit. I looked through the code and couldnt see anything bad, however the size of this file was 200kb. I deleted the file and let autoit compile a new .exe, the new size ended up at 230kb. Im sure this is nothing but id like to know if anyone else had this problem? <edit> Took a look on another install of scite and sent the file to jottie for a scan: A-Squared Found nothing AntiVir Found nothingArcaVir Found nothing Avast Found nothing AVG Antivirus Found nothing BitDefender Found nothing ClamAV Found nothing CPsecure Found nothing Dr.Web Found nothing F-Prot Antivirus Found nothing F-Secure Anti-Virus Found Trojan.Win32.Agent.bpv Fortinet Found W32/Agent.BPV!tr Kaspersky Anti-Virus Found Trojan.Win32.Agent.bpv NOD32 Found nothing Norman Virus Control Found nothing Panda Antivirus Found nothing Rising Antivirus Found nothing Sophos Antivirus Found nothing VirusBuster Found nothing VBA32 Found nothing Edited September 24, 2007 by huldu "I'm paper, rock is fine, nerf scissors!!!"
