That looks very good Ashley! You could take a look at _ControlHover.au3 to hide the Start menu when the mouse is not over it. And maybe add more apps, would be nice to something made by you.

Btw, what's that poll for? :) Looks like you are in a competition or something...

NMah im not just would like to know?

Im only making this to learn a little more anyways?

Cool. Glad you made it full screen. Also, here is an extra feature.. It will ask if you want to exit or not when you click shutdown.. But you can enable/disable it through Start>System>General Settings.

Good for people who like to have conf. before doing it.

Also, a feature for you to poss. try. Option to add apps to the start menu.. User selects the app and it gets added to the start menu.

It would be nice if the start menu contents were actually loaded from the start menu folders, and the desktop icons were loaded from the users desktop folder.

But so far nice work.

It is really sad to see a family torn apart by something as simple as a pack of wolves.

What do you plan to do with the start menu? There are still no applications written by you in there!

And some things:

The Start Button is vista's? It's your OS, why use a microsoft thing?

The Start Button "button" is visible behind the image, if your going to use the vista icon then it would look more professional.

The Taskbar screenshot, the taskbar wan't "locked", it looks really unprofessional that way, no offense.
