Progress bar for an internet explorer page

Recommended Posts

Yeah it's possible, try somehting like this?

but use the page size and have it increment by a % as it loads

(hope that helps ><)

ProgressOn("Progress Meter", "Increments every second", "0 percent")
For $i = 10 to 100 step 10
    sleep(1000)
    ProgressSet( $i, $i & " percent")
Next
ProgressSet(100 , "Done", "Complete")
sleep(500)
ProgressOff()

It's a good idea, but where do you get the page size? That's the problem. Until you load the page, it's just a little bit of HTML text with links to .gif and .jpg files, scripts that do who-knows-what, maybe Flash animations and movie files, some music files... etc.

The problems is: % of what?

:)
