rousni
Is there any way to 'steal' the Middle Button from other apps in order to use it as a hotkey by means of _IsPressed func? Thanks in advance

Off with his head!

Blue_Drache
Look at the help file for _IsPressed(). It will return the hex for the middle mouse. As far as what is done after that .... uh ... I don't know. Perhaps it's possible to either re-route the call, or ignore it entirely with this trap. As far as AHK, if that does your job better than AutoIt, by all means, switch.
