Refresh wireless networks from command line?

Does anyone know another way to refresh wireless networks from command line or a dll call? I could Open this window, hide it, and press the button in the background but I don't really want to do that (since you couldn't open a second visible "connect to" window if that window was open)

Its not an error, its a undocumented feature

Anybody ever find a better way to do this...i am using window automation to click the refresh button right now.

I tried the start/stop service idea, but it is way to slow (it takes ~5 seconds to stop and start the service
