Suppose i have main window with a button.

When i press the button a new window with a button opens.

how do i write code that operates the button in the second window?

The main window has the following format:

whille1

Switch $nMsg

Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE

Exit

Case $cSubmit

...

What i miss is how to insert this switch into the second window without causing an infinite loop

Thanks

I'd suggest taking a look at using the "Advanced" parameter for GUIGetMsg(). Here's an example of usage.
