how do you get auto it to hold down a key

how do you get auto it to hold down a key for a set period of time?

Send("{LSHIFT up}")

to hold down LShift for 2secs

I'm going way out on a limb here but .... I found this when I RTFM.

To hold a key down (generally only useful for games)

Send("{a down}") ;Holds the A key down

Send("{a up}") ;Releases the A key

Now you try it.
