DaleHohm Posted November 19, 2007 Share Posted November 19, 2007 (edited) OK, I, I still don't understand why you need to do this, but I trust you are not trying to scam credit card numbers. This simply affects how much help I am willing to give. What you're wanting to do is not simple, especially as an initial foray into controlling Internet Explorer. You need to trap the onsubmit event for the form, harvest the data from the form elements, and then allow the submit to complete. You can trap events using the objevent function. There is a problem using it for occasions like this however, because of the way that AutoIt processes events. Instead of handling events synchronously, it is simply notified that an event has occurred and is given a chance to do something with it. Unfortunately, by the time it has a chance to do this, the page has already changed and the form elements are no longer available. It is still possible, however, it will probably take a combination of script event handling and Javascript in the browser to make it work. You'll need to be quite intent on making this work because it will take quite a lot of trial and error and overcoming obstacles -- however, it would be possible. If you really want to try it, I suggest you read about ObjEvent and _IEHeadInsertEventScript and take a shot at putting together some code. Then come back with questions.
