bbcjoey Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 I have a program and its almost ready togo but i can't find seem to remember the way to make it run from the current users dsktop or other location: Like mine is: "C:/Joe/Desktop/Program/Stuff" Someone elses might be: "F:/Ron/Desktop/Program/Stuff" Now of course after the c:/ron the program/stuff i will include with the program but how do i get it to use the current users pathing? It looked to me like he was going to specify part of the path by making sure it was installed in a folder on the desktop.Editt: And I might add that your example specifies C:\ as the drive.
