I am just using the IE DL manager on XP SP2, but my linux boxes have a custom DL manager (it is pretty amazing what my guys can do!). I have heard people, including myself; once or twice, saying them in the previously mentioned order. Sometimes one feels like using proper sentence structure, sometimes one feels like using slang.
