gfunk999
Please help, I have a quick question if you guys don't mind. I have search the forum for hours and can't find a straight answer. Perhaps someone could clarify this for me. Does GuiCtrlCreateInput("", 220, 140, 110, 20, $ES_PASSWORD) have a character default limit? I find I can't pass no more than 14 characters. I tried setting the limit to 20 GUICtrlSetLimit($Input_14, 20), but no luck. Basically I'm using GUICtrlRead($Input_14) to pass the variable to map a network drive, but the password being enter has 16 characters so only 14 characters get passed. regards Gary
MrCreatoR
Hi,When you used the $ES_PASSWORD style, you erased all default styles ($ES_LEFT and $ES_AUTOHSCROLL), so this will fix it:GuiCtrlCreateInput("", 220, 140, 110, 20, $ES_PASSWORD+$ES_LEFT+$ES_AUTOHSCROLL) Edited November 29, 2007 by MsCreatoR Spoiler Using OS: Win 7 Professional, Using AutoIt Ver(s): 3.3.6.1 / 3.3.8.1 AutoIt Russian Community My Work...
