Hi guys,

I am running a script and it will sometimes cause an error IE window to pop up - how do I suppress that window or at least don't let it destroy my script

If you do not know what I mean, try posting into a forum with only Hi, some forums may have an error window popping up saying that you have too little words to be posted.

I presume it is a popup that stalls your script until it is processed. Best thing to do is avoid it, next best - look at the second example dor _IEAction which can be used to prevent the stall

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble
