first of all try to read! :)

This is not a general support forum!

you could get the text of the conversation out of the edit box using WinGetText or ControlGetText , but they are limited (check docs)

you could get the input of the local user using Get[Async]KeyState from winapi

Search the forum, Larry wrote some scripts using that...

perhaps you can enable the internal logging feature using the registry...

you could look at the source of ControlGetText and find out how to Read out text using jon's magical methods in your own way (without limits)

but i doubt that you could read my crappy english because you couldnt even read the note on top :)

That is the professional way to do it. But for the rest of us, I would just use a simple ControlSend("^s") or something like that, LoL.
