Both these dont work

it should start with $count as 0 then add 1 until it equals 5

A solution for what?

Maybe this:

$Count = 0
While $Count < 5
    Send("yes")
    Sleep(5000)
    $Count  += 1
WEnd

the first one is backwards.

the second one works as far as looping goes.

$count= 0
do 
    msgbox(0, 'working', $count)
    sleep(50)
    $count= $count + 1  
until $count=5
