How to Update value please

So i have this code

$chemin = IniRead(@ScriptDir & "\autopcasto13.ini", "AutoPCastO13", "chemin", "")

In $lbl_edit it show the first value of $chemin

When I click on OK it will be change the value of chemin after i have selected new path

It put in a Ini file the new value of $chemin

I read the new value of $chemin

So How can I update the content of $lbl_edit with the new value of $chemin ?
