can someone help me with this GUI?

hi attached is a picture of a GUI. I can't get the:

$change=GUICtrlCreateLabel ("first contact label to change",-150,-50)

to be on top of the background picture, for some reason its own background is grayed out, I want it to be on-top of the picture as a plain text,

Any idea?
