GUI TEXT FLICKER WHEN TEXT IS UPDATED

[LIMITER]

I have a gui in which i have a label called $status , in the WHILE loop , i put a code that shows when a removable storage device is connected and changes the text of $status ... but the text flickers ... how can i stop that ?
