How to create a shortcut

Hi all,

I want interested to learn how to create a shortcut. Can some expert teach me how can it be done in Autoit ?

Example:

$path = @DesktopDir

$filepath = "D:\test"

CreateShortcut ( $path , $filepath & '\test.exe')

Please help me out I current unable to find any resources either from the manual or the forum about this .

O gosh thanks you so much,

I been searching for a command and keep thinking why Autoit never got a shortcut function I keep finding folder shortcut not valid look around and ever tried to search no valid.

I think I did not find it by 1 words.
