Before I start, if I am posting in the wrong forum then I am sorry and please move/delete this post and I will try to look harder for the appropriate forum.

Hello. I am trying to do the following.

Look at a portion of the screen, detect a color value, move the mouse to the value, then scan for another color, and when it changes to that color, click the mouse.

Before i get into learning how to script with AutoIt I would greatly appreciate it if someone could let me know if this is possible.

Now I have been looking at some of the things that AutoIt can do and I am fairly certain that it can achieve what I am looking to do. As I have seen it scan for pixel colors and move the mouse. I can only assume that it can also click the mouse. I would like to make certain that this is possible though before I begin.

Yes, that is done quite frequently. I recommend you look over the help file to learn the functions you need to use. If you are not in a location where you have the help file, you can use the online help file that is in my sig.
