I have a few radio buttons in my gui that set variables in the script later on. 2 of these radio buttons set variables that are conflicting if both are clicked, is there a way to uncheck one of them if the other is checked?

place the radials into a group, then only 1 can be selected at a time

GUICtrlCreateGroup()

See GUIStartGroup() in the help file and be sure to read the bit about closing a group.

That places them in a group box and he may noy want that. GUIStartGroup will create a group without the box.
