ChrisL
Is it possible to detect how many devices are queued by windows to be installed. For arguments sake, I have 4 devices plugged in to a USB hub. I then plug the hub in to a PC. Windows will then run through and install the devices one by one. This is what I need to capture. I need to know how many devices are queued to be installed or failing that I would need to know that there are no devices queued to be installed. I will not know what the devices are so I can't just check to see if the last device is present. I've done some Google searching on New Hardware queue but I'm not sure that this is the right search term as I'm not getting any usefull results.
