Hi,

Some one wrote this UDF some time ago(posted below) my question is had anyone wrote a UDF for unloading them or do I need to look into it my self ?

#include-once

    If $hWnd <= 0 Then
        SetError(-1)
        Return False

        SetError(-2)
        Return False
    EndIf

    Local $pid, $pHandle, $pLibRemote, $modHandle, $LoadLibraryA, $hThread

The native AutoIt function for "unloading" a DLL as far as I know is DllClose, which requires the DllOpen was previously called. But I think that the system handles the actually unloading of dll's when it sees fit to, like when it has decided that the dll will probably no longer be needed.

He is already closing the DLL in the Code you posted:

DllCall($kernel32, "int", "CloseHandle", "int", $hThread)

DllCall($kernel32, "int", "CloseHandle", "int", $pHandle)

Example, this closes Windows sound DLL usage:

CODE

Func MixerClose($hmxobj)

$ret = DllCall("winmm.dll", "long", "mixerClose", "long", $hmxobj)

If Not @error Then Return True

Return False

EndFunc ;==>MixerClose
