Need help with _GUICtrlComboBox_AutoComplete

I'm trying to create a combo box populated with email addresses, and I'd like for the matching email address to autocomplete when typing into the box. I found the code below in the help files, but I'm still lost on how to implement it. I'd prefer to be able to make a single function call to make the combo box rather than include all the code below. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
