ControlClick with .net Windows applications

Hi,

The ControlClick function works well with VB6 compiled applications which have constant control IDs. However in .NET 2.0 Compiled applications, the Control ID is generated everytime the exe is run, has anyone been able to find a resolution to this since the ControlClick uses the ControlID as a parameter.

Also, can someone give me an idea what Win32API calls are made by the ControlClick function?

I've had a lot of success using this method, but it depends on the developers having given names to conrols - some do - some don't

ControlClick("Caption", "", "[CLASS:classname; TEXT:controlname]", "left", 1, 10, 10)
