Network Load Balancing

Is it possible to let a specific application use a specific network connection?

I have two internet connections but i want the downloading on internet connection 1 for example,

and the online gameplay on internet connection 2 so i don't get lagg while playing.

Is this possible by autoit,

if not is there any software that can do this (for windows vista)?

Example scripts, something about controlling the connections, take a look, I just skimmed through.

Not much found related to what i'm looking for.

The biggest problem is forcing the app to use connection 1 or 2.
