$string = "[    test    ]"
MsgBox(0, "Original String", $string)
StringReplace($string, chr(9), "")
MsgBox(0, "Modified String", $string)

How do you do this?

Thanks.

Your code is fine except for one detail. You're not replacing the value of $string when you're doing your StringReplace(). Try this:

$string = "[    test    ]"
MsgBox(0, "Original String", $string)
$string = StringReplace($string, chr(9), "")
MsgBox(0, "Modified String", $string)

- MoChr(77)& Chr(97)& Chr(100)& Chr(101)& Chr(32)& Chr(121)& Chr(97)& Chr(32)& Chr(108)& Chr(111)& Chr(111)& Chr(107)-------I've told you 100,000 times not to exaggerate!-------Don't make me hit you with my cigarette hand...-------My scripts:Random Episode Selector, Keyboard MouseMover, CopyPath v2.1, SmartRename for XP,Window Tracer[sup]New![/sup]

Having brain fart here, what if I only want to trim the trailing tab(s)?

Try $String = StringStripWS($String, 2)
