xpir
Hi, I have 6 small wave files (1 sec playtime each). A program is playing these 6 waves files randomly and diff amount of sounds each time.. is there a way to capture the played sound and find out which of the 6 sounds are played and in which order ? Thanks.
evilertoaster
You could check this out- http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=34625Which allows you to view a sound graphically. The point being that since you can make some graphic out of it, you can probably make some sort of checksum for the data instead which would be unique for most sounds. (although it might only give ou the volume data in this case which might not make a unique checksum for every sound in the world)
Squirrely1
You can capture the overall sound played using the Windows Movie Maker > Tools menu > Narrate the timeline, the other things you are trying to do here seem un-workable for a newb programmer.
