How do I stop this script?

Recommended Posts

Also unless you disabled it, in the righthand corner it should show an AutoIt icon if you click on it the script will pause and you can right click and turn it off.

Wend

Func quit()
    exit
EndFunc

If worse comes to worse.. as it has for me when I was learning to program... Press Win + L and then shutdown the process from another user (assuming you have another user). That happened when I had a script that continuously moved the mouse, I think I had some logic error that caused it to never break.

if you want to close your program you could write this to a new .au3:

CODE

#NoTrayIcon

Opt('WinTitleMatchMode',2)

While 1

sleep (5000) ;save cpu

If WinExists("YourProgram") Then ;solution 1 << only needs the title of your program

WinClose("YourProgram")

if Processexists ("YourProgram.exe") then ;solution 2

Processclose ("YourProgram.exe")

Hope this helps you :)
