Regmon monitors registry activity in real time. Click hereI'm not sure what you mean by the rest though. If you want to know what an executable does, there are lots of different programs that can give you hints, dependency walker, string extraction programs, etc. Short of reversing it with a dissassembler or debugger though, you pretty much have to run it to find out.
