rudi
Hi. It took me up to now to recognize the phenomenal abbrev.properties file. When trying the defined abbrevs I recognize, that at certain points of typing - every time it's a valid abbreviation - it turns to red. Is there a way to get a "Abbrev-Dropdown" list like for the AI3 internal functions, macros, user defined variables etc.? Regards, Rudi. Earth is flat, pigs can fly, and Nuclear Power is SAFE! MHz
The Scite builtin method is as mentioned below. In the menu, go to "Edit" -> "Insert Abbreviation" or use Ctrl+Shift+R to bring up a combobox selection window.

A real Autocomplete for abbreviations like for all the other stuff defined in autoit3 ?Thanks, Rudi. Earth is flat, pigs can fly, and Nuclear Power is SAFE! Developers Jos Posted April 4, 2008 Developers Share Posted April 4, 2008 You could add them as user defined functions like is described in the SciTE4Autoit3 helpfile.
