A lot of things can be do with this bluetooth hardware. Have also few ideas for small application and mini-game made in Autoit. Just by default windows will see the wiimote as a Human Interface Device, but it won't actually do anything without more stuff. Glove PIE is a good way to get started, but for more advanced programmers (which I am not) can use libraries to interface with the wiimote. I think I've seen some compiled dlls floating around out there which may be able to be used with AutoIt, but my dll expertise is limited.
