Why do you have to know? I think its 10ms, but I would use this:

$ValueBefore = Opt("SendKeyDownDelay",200)

...

Opt("SendKeyDownDelay",$ValueBefore )

SendKeyDownDelay

Alters the length of time a key is held down before being released during a keystroke. For applications that take a while to register keypresses (and many games) you may need to raise this value from the default.

Time in milliseconds to pause (default=5).

i cant read it... when i write:

SendKeyDownDelay(

then i have commands... and explains, but when it on SendKeyDownDelay i cant read all it because it over the screen..
