How does this work? What "Internet Name" do you give it? How does this know WHO's IP to give? I'm sure alot of people have the same Internet Name.

The "Name" is a URL, so you can get the IP, a URL points to

TCPStartup()
MsgBox(0, 'THe IP of autoitscript.com', TCPNameToIP("autoitscript.com"))
TCPShutdown()

What kind of URL would be most efficient for it to get the persons IP?

IP - Internet Protocol. As far as I am aware there is no-one with the same external IP.

You can retrieve the IP using _GetIP().

This is a function that would normally be used on a local network where each machine on the network is assigned a name.

Right click My Computer, click on the Computer name tab, look at the computer name.
