Can I quote a VAR outside the au3/exe?

If I set a VAR in au3 and compile the au3 to a exe,

can I still quote the VAR in other au3?

If you mean access the variable by name from another process, no.

You could put I/O in place in your script where it received a message and acted on it by returning a matching variable's contents, but that will get complicated in a hurry if you want to reference an array, for example.
