d4rk, amokoura. Thanks a lot for the replies. I looked into COM help regarding flash object. I can play, pause, etc a flash object but no help for a login.

You could try activating the flash object and tabbing to the right controls and sending input.

Other choice is to mouseclick on the controls and then send input.

amokoura, what do you mean by "tabbing to the right controls and sending input" ?

that meant

Send("{TAB}"); to the text box then
Send("user name")
etc...

Thanks alot guys. Yeah using TAB makes it easier...

Just wondering, is there a way to handle with COM objects?

Flash is embedded in an HTML page with an OBJECT tag. You can set properties dynamically on an Object with COM, but the property names and values allowed are only known to the specific object and are defined in its source. You can see on that webpage that there are several parameters defined on the object in the HTML source, but none of them would help you with login.

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble
