In SciTE go to Tools - Koda(Form Designer) This could might help you. in the beginning it is a bit easier to set up your gui in this. :)

Regards

Yeah that might have been nice and will come in handy when I want to try something. But for now, I've manually figured most things out.

I just can't draw a line, which seems like a basic thing in a GUI. I don't see the option in Koda either. :(

No Ideas?

Seems stupid that I have to add a command such as:

GUICtrlCreateLabel("",750,20,2,50,BitOR($SS_SUNKEN,$WS_BORDER))

to make a line in my GUI.

You could go to my web site (in my sig) >> click on My Extra UDFs >> Dialog .au3 Then use _GUI_Line_H() which BTW does pretty much what you showed.

liamwelsh6,

Please do not necro-post like this again. We ask you to do this for two main reasons:

- 1. The language advances and the functionality might well be included in core or UDF code by now

- 2. The changes in language syntax mean that it is likely that code from more than a couple of years ago may well not run under the current release interpreter without significant modification.

If you need to refer to an old post, just open a new thread and link to the old one if it is absoutely necessary for understanding the problem. :)
