Connect/Disconnect Dial up Connection

I cant find how to do this, so Im asking:

The target of my ADZL shortcut is: {27AF75ED-20D9-11D1-B1CE-00805FC1270E}

I found 2 reg keys in my registry:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{BA126AD7-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{BA126AD7-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}

And after i found all this I have no idea What should I do next.
