not working mouse or send kay on active

I have a simple problem

I write simple program (very simple):

and second

I should klick or press button!

It's not working when it go on the screen with 9dragons

When i try it on notepad it work prefectly but it's not working with 9 dragons window

The name of activate window is good becouse it's changen for this window... and nothing hapends

when i move mouse on any windows window it get back and do what it should do but not on 9dragons window... ;/
