How can I use _IE functions to detect topics?

I'm currently using a script that goes to one of my forums, enters the first topic on the list and then posts a reply.

The script is fully functional using _IE commands but the first part where the script enters the topic has to be done manually using the mouseclick() to enter the topic.

How can I get the form elements and enter the first topic in the forum using _IE?

Ok here's an example of a forum(with the topics & names blanked out).

What I want to do is enter the first topic on the list which up to now I have had to manually mouseclick().

But Theoretically:

0) _IECreate window 1

0) _IECreate window 2

1) _IELinkGetCollection window 1

2) search for links you need if stringinstr(mylink) then

3) _IENavigate(window 2) to mylink
