Multiple use button click

OK, I have a task that I want to run. So, I make a button to click on to Start the process. Now I want to have it change change to Stop the process.

1) how can this be done

2) how can it then call a different function to actually stop the process.

Thanks. Went to the link but could not get the app to work. What am I doing wrong with it?

I figured out how do it. Just use a variable in Buttonclick function and set it to the mode you want and redfine the button text.
