If you know How then this is really simple. And no you cant Find how to get volume from Help file.. Bites me why. there is only: SoundSetWaveVolume(50)

;~ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HotKeySet("^{pgup}", "_soundsetvolume_add") ; ALT + Page UP
HotKeySet("^{pgdn}", "_soundsetvolume_sub")

func _soundsetvolume_add()
    SoundSetWaveVolume(_GetWaveVolume() + 10) ; set slider to current volume value
    ToolTip(_GetWaveVolume() + 10)
    Sleep(1000)
    ToolTip('')
EndFunc

func _soundsetvolume_sub()
    SoundSetWaveVolume(_GetWaveVolume() - 10) ; set slider to current volume value
    ToolTip(_GetWaveVolume() - 10)
    Sleep(1000)
    ToolTip('')
EndFunc

;~ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Func _GetWaveVolume()
    Local $WaveVol = -1, $p, $ret
    Const $MMSYSERR_NOERROR = 0
    $p = DllStructCreate ("dword")
    If @error Then
        SetError(2)
        Return -2
    EndIf
    $ret = DllCall("winmm.dll", "long", "waveOutGetVolume", "long", -1, "long", DllStructGetPtr ($p))
    If ($ret[0] == $MMSYSERR_NOERROR) Then
        $WaveVol = Round(Dec(StringRight(Hex(DllStructGetData ($p, 1), 8), 4)) / 0xFFFF * 100)
    Else
        SetError(1)
    EndIf
    $Struct=0
    Return $WaveVol
EndFunc;==>_SoundGetWaveVolume
;~ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While 1
    Sleep(100)
WEnd
