[Solved]_how to get Submenu Item Text?

Recommended Posts

Posted Image

So User Makes a Right Click & a menu pops out: Now User clicks on a subitem (File 2) & now you get Consolewrite Subitem Text (File 2). Well Theoretically. Can Someone recommend how to get the Subitem Text? atm i always get subitem 3 text.

the problem is, that It generates the menu each time user Right clicks because the nr of files inside the folder may may be different.

In the example I used files & folders to describe what is Going on. Actually instead of files there are Groups ( im creating a Group management tool )

This is How I fill the menu:

;~ =======================================================================
;~ =======================================================================
    GUICtrlDelete($SubMenu) ; Delete Submenu & all its items
    $SubMenu = GUICtrlCreateMenu("Submenu", $ContextMenu) ; create Submenu again

    ;Fill Submenu with items
    For $i = 1 to 3
        $M_SubItem = Eval($M_SubItem & $i)
        $M_SubItem = GUICtrlCreateMenuItem('Submenu' & $i, $SubMenu)
        GUICtrlSetOnEvent($M_SubItem, "_AddtoGroup")
    Next

Func _AddtoGroup()
    ConsoleWrite(GUICtrlRead($M_SubItem,1) & @CRLF) ; Item Text user cklikked on
EndFunc
;~ =======================================================================

Replace in _AddtoGroup() $M_SubItem with @GUI_CtrlId...

Func _AddtoGroup()
    ConsoleWrite(GUICtrlRead(@GUI_CtrlId, 1) & @CRLF) ; Item Text user cklikked on
EndFunc

You trying to get item text from the last created ID ($M_SubItem), that's why you get the last item text :)
