SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble

part of the code

; *******************************************************
; Example 5 - Set the value of an INPUT TYPE=FILE element
;              Same as previous example, but with invisible window
;              (security restrictions prevent using _IEFormElementSetValue)
; *******************************************************
;
#include <IE.au3>
$text=ClipPut("username")

$oIE = _IECreate("address")

; Hide the browser window to demonstrate sending text to invisible window
_IEAction($oIE, "invisible")

$oForm = _IEFormGetObjByName($oIE, "form")
$oInputFile = _IEFormElementGetObjByName($oForm, "txtUsername")

; Assign input focus to the field and then send the text string
_IEAction($oInputFile, "focus")
$hIE = _IEPropertyGet($oIE, "hwnd")
ControlSend($hIE, "", "[CLASS:Internet Explorer_Server; INSTANCE:1]", "^v")
$oInputFile = _IEFormElementGetObjByName($oForm, "txtPassword")
$text2=ClipPut("password")
; Assign input focus to the field and then send the text string
_IEAction($oInputFile, "focus")
$hIE = _IEPropertyGet($oIE, "hwnd")
ControlSend($hIE, "", "[CLASS:Internet Explorer_Server; INSTANCE:1]", "^v")
$o_signin = _IEFormElementGetObjByName ($oform, "Submit")
_IEAction ($o_signin, "click")

It does that multiple times to log with diffrent usernames and passwords. Then it randomly puts that error.

If the page is getting refreshed during the running of your code, you are likely trying to access the DOM elements before the page has finished loading. Suggest you investigate using _IELoadWait at appropriate times. If that doesn't catch it for you, you need to narrow it down further... suggest you use strategic ConsoleWrite statements or SciTe debug mode (see my sig).
