Hey,

I've already asked it in the past, but I didn't understand how to do it.

Can some one give a command that changes the language of windows to English?

Don't start new topics, ask for help in the one you are still having issues with. Edited by SmOke_N

I didn't understand the thing with ActiveKeyBoardLayout.

So? No need to start another topic, just ask him if he'd be "kind" enough to help you to understand.
